Mitch Tucker, Co-FOUNDER

Mitch is a Chartered Accountant with experience advising individuals and businesses across tax, compliance and business advisory. He enjoys helping business owners solve problems, navigate challenges and make confident decisions, with a practical, approachable style that puts relationships first.

Outside of work, you'll usually find Mitch on the golf course, supporting the Adelaide Crows, or spending time with his wife Lily, daughter Rory and dachshund Wesley.

Ryan Marini, Co-Founder

Ryan brings experience across both public practice and commercial finance, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how businesses operate. He is passionate about helping business owners simplify the financial side of running a business, so they can focus on growing with confidence.

Outside of work, Ryan plays football for South Gawler, follows Port Adelaide, and loves spending time with his partner Gabi and daughter Daisy.
